Paranje: Manage Hundreds of Farm Units with Ukirama ERP

Previously, ASPM used Excel spreadsheets to record raw material and production tool purchases, chick usage and the progress of each bird in the cages. They also tracked harvest cycles and cage construction budgets manually, which was time-consuming and prone to errors.

ASPM management struggled to view stock reports showing feed usage or the number of livestock at any given time. Paranje partners also faced difficulties reporting progress for each harvest cycle to central management.

After less than 2 months of implementation with the Ukirama consulting team, ASPM began using the Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing and Project modules.

With Ukirama, ASPM can manage inventory in detail. The amount of feed used is tracked in sacks and kilograms, allowing remaining feed to be accurately reflected in stock reports.

ASPM also uses the Manufacturing module to schedule the harvest cycle—from Day-Old-Chick (DOC) growth to adulthood and readiness for harvest. Ukirama ERP is integrated with the Paranje App so partners can monitor income, expenses, and livestock progress for each cage.

Additionally, ASPM uses the Project module to manage new cage construction and ongoing projects with partners, including both Paranje500 and Paranje5000 initiatives.

ASPM has achieved up to 90% efficiency improvement using Ukirama ERP. Ukirama now also integrates with the Paranje mobile app, allowing ASPM partners to monitor expenses, feeding schedules and income from each cage.

Now, every partnership project can track budgets and expenditures to ensure both partners and ASPM remain profitable. Since adopting Ukirama in 2020, Paranje has grown from a single business unit to four business units.
