Founded in 1898, Laba Laba is a repair service provider for bags, suitcases, shoes and other personal items. Now in its fifth generation, Laba Laba operates five branches across the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). Every day, the company repairs over 100+ items for customers who want to preserve the memories tied to their personal belongings.

Laba Laba used to spend many working hours each month just to consolidate revenue data from each branch. At the time, their custom software could not perform online data consolidation, so the head of the front office division had to visit every branch regularly.
The owner, accountant and division head also struggled to get a complete view of the company or individual branches, because the custom software could not provide detailed income and expense reports for each repair project.
Strategy
To simplify data consolidation across branches and monitor company finances, Laba Laba migrated from custom software to Ukirama ERP. They utilise the Repair Management Dashboard within the Repair module. Each repair project includes detailed invoices, the responsible sales staff and branch information.

Now, Laba Laba can efficiently record over 40,000 repairs across 5 branches. Service quality has improved because the company can track repair progress for customer items and provide better support. Repair reports are accessible in real-time, anytime. Employees handle transactions twice as fast and data consolidation across all branches is now online.
